Jason brings over 20 years of experience to his role as the broker and owner of Picht & Sons Real Estate.
In the summer of 2005, after completing his sophomore year at Florida State University, Jason earned his real estate license. He spent the next two years apprenticing under successful, seasoned real estate brokers, taking advantage of every learning opportunity before ever selling a home.
He graduated cum laude from FSU with a degree in Economics and launched his career in real estate in 2007 during one of worst real estate markets in the past 70 years. At a time when very little was selling, he developed the expertise and skills needed to navigate the local real estate market and was quickly ranked among the top 5% of Tallahassee agents. Over the past 19 years, he has sold over 760 properties and closed over $135 million in sales volume.
Jason and his wife Megan, along with their six children, make their home in the Killearn/Bradfordville area. In addition to being a committed husband and father, Jason is passionate about serving his city. He is an active member of the Tallahassee business community and his local church.
